Welcome to indiana masonic home

The Indiana Masonic Home will remain a charitable institution subsidizing only fraternal members and their eligible relatives. The Indiana Masonic Home will attract a broader class of financially qualified residents and continue the charitable aspect of its mission while maintaining a positive cash flow. In order to better amortize the costs of care, and when necessary, the Directors will expand eligibility requirements for the financially- qualified applicants. In order to attract this broader range of applicants, the Indiana Masonic Home will seek to develop a business plan that provides for a positive cash flow while repositioning itself in the marketplace by:

  • Offering alternative admission programs tailored to the needs of the Indiana Masonic Home and its residents, e.g., continuing care, rental, equity-based, etc;
  • Offering accommodations and ancillary spaces that are preferred, desirable, responsive, and competitive;
  • Being responsive to the changing needs of eligible beneficiaries and offering programs that embrace more efficient and effective technologies, permitting residents to age-in-place and receive in-home health and other services;
  • Assuring that residents are not prematurely placed in a skilled nursing environment by offering distinct and separate Assisted Living accommodations;
  • Offering safe, secure, quality, and highly personalized accommodations and services for those with Alzheimer’s and related dementia;
  • To the extent that it furthers its mission, the Indiana Masonic Home will implement an Outreach Services program designed to serve those living on its campuses and also permit eligible beneficiaries to remain in their own homes and communities.
